How We Use It

We recommend taking one chew per day 30-60 minutes prior to exercise. The longer you use this product the greater effect it will have, so beginning supplementation with nitric oxide several weeks before competition will allow you to get the best results. Keep in mind these chews are low in carbohydrates, so are not recommended as an energy source DURING training or competition.
