this is exponentially better than anything I've used for mobility and/or trigger point release!! It stays in place!! Since it stays in place you are easily able to finely pinpoint and target the areas that need the greatest work. Not sure if I've ever been able to do much for my own traps, but this did it. What are Acumobility Mobility Balls and why does and athlete need them?
The Acumobility ball is the first and only flat based trigger point ball specifically made for active mobility! This stable platform and "sticky" feel allows you to use the ball on any floor or wall surface so you can take your mobility anywhere you go. "The LEVEL 1 Ball is best for MODERATE-DEEP pressure trigger point release and best for beginners. This ball will be intense for most people!"
"The LEVEL 2 Ball is significantly firmer and meant for DEEP pressure trigger point release. Begin with this ball only if you are used to doing deep trigger point release regularly and want a tool that gets even deeper!"
If you are unsure on which one you should select you should do the "Level 1" and advance to the "Level 2" once you feel ready. Both are useful regardless of your level of need.
