Bonk Breaker Energy Bars

True to its name, prevent a bonk with Bonk Breaker Energy Bars!

These bars are one of our best-sellers! Bonk Breaker energy bars are one of our favorite bars when it comes to keeping our energy up during training and races. It’s perfect for when you’re running out of energy and slowly reaching the “bonk zone”. Once you reach that bon zone, it can be really hard to get back up.
Stay on top of your energy stores with these delicious and nutritious bars!

Formulated with high-quality ingredients, Bonk Breaker energy bars offer a 4:1 carbohydrate to protein ratio to give you sustainable energy without weighing you down. This perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats give your body that “feel good” energy that makes you literally run a marathon.

These bars are nutrient dense, made of real food, and are Gluten, Dairy and GMO-Free!

Our biggest athletes only rely on high quality products that help them feel and perform at their best. How We Use Bonk Breaker Energy Bars:

We like to eat one about 90 minutes before training with plenty of water or about 90 minutes into a long training session to prevent us from bonking.
