Riley is a pro-middle distance runner for Nike and works at The Feed as a nutrition coach. Riley's feed is focused on hydration pre and post run and quick energy sources while running, especially with Maurten.  Riley is also a big fan of Tart Cherry for reducing inflammation post run.
