Anyone wanna take a trip to no oxygen land? That's what our very own Brooks did last week. When he's not scribbling inspiration on your Feed Boxes, or helping you plan your next trip, Brooks is off on his own adventures. This week him and Tally ran up Gray's Peak here in Colorado.  Gray's Peak is the highest peak on the Continental Divide and tops out at 14,278 feet. Check out his ride, and how he fueled it. Sunday Spin Even if you don't want to accompany Brooks up a mountain we have tips to get you moving on your own two feet. We spoke with Coach Adam at San Diego's premier multi-sport training group, Breakaway Fitness about getting started running using heart rate. Check your pulse and check this out.

September is the best time in the USA to pick Apples. That is an undeniable fact. And it's an undeniably awesome fact because the only thing better than picking apples, is putting Justin's Nut Butter on top of fresh picked apples. Eat up! Here is our recipe for Overnight Nut Butter Oats (with apples). If you didn't get to pick your own apples the guys over at Skratch did. You can use their amazing Apples and Cinnamon Skratch in your bottles ALL fall long. Get singles servings here.  Boulder Donut Ride   That's all for now. -The Feed
