All About Hydration & The Indian Summer.

Its hot. It's cold. It's sunny. It's cloudy. It's snowing. It's 70 degrees out. Come on Fall, get your act together. If you're having weather like we are in Boulder, it's confusing. First we're bundling up to get out for a run, next thing you know we're shedding layers and sweating like it's going out of style. With all this, we think it's time for a little refresher course on one of the most important pieces of sport nutrition: hydration.

When it's cold, it's easy to forget about hydration. But you're still sweating when you're body is fighting to stay warm, or so says Dr. Allen Lim, the brainiac founder of Skratch Labs. DRINK BEFORE YOU NEED TO DRINK.

Okay wait, what?! Drinking during your workout isn't enough? If you're like us, and you consume about a million cups of coffee a day, and then go to workout and realize you haven't had a single cup of water, maaaaaybe you should reassess.
