Here at The Feed we've been huge fans of Vega since day one. As one of the first brands that we carried, we've had the chance to use their products extensively over the past 2 years. One standout product is the Vega One Nutritional Shake.
We use the Vega One shake predominantly as meal replacement and have the best results when used in the morning. Our favorite thing about using this shake as meal replacement is that it won't leave you starving 2 hours before lunch!
One serving includes 50% of the daily recommended values of vitamins and minerals, 3 servings of greens, 1 billion probiotics, and 1.5g Omega-3s. Our favorite flavor is french vanilla, but we like to switch it up every 1-2 months with chocolate. The Vega One Nutritional Shake is best mixed with 16-20 ounces of unsweetened almond milk. Vega One is sweetened with stevia, so if you don't like stevia, this might not be a good product for you. We find the flavor to be very good compared to products of similar quality though...this is not something that you have to "force" yourself to take in the morning, it tastes great!
