APPLE NUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS
(recipe from: from The Lemon Bowl)The idea is simple. Prepare this breakfast in the evening, and then you can sleep a little longer in the morning without skipping breakfast.
- In a glass jar, or even better, an almost-empty peanut butter jar, combine all ingredients except banana and apples.
- Seal the jar and pop it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning top it off with banana slices and diced apple.
