The idea for Honey Stinger Waffles was imported from Belgium where dutch riders often ate these syrupy, chewy waffles on long training rides. Honey Stinger decided to bring the concept to American athletes, and thus their iconic waffle was born. Delicious wild honey sandwiched between two thin, crispy waffle wafers is the perfect treat. They are certified USDA Organic and come in a convenient single-serve package. We often turn to these waffles when we need something lighter and a little easier to digest compared to an energy bar.

USE: Medium intensity exercise lasting 1+ hours. Afternoon sweet snack.

2. Honey Stinger Energy Chews:

They're smaller than other chews, and since they are made with  naturally occurring fiber and protein derived from 100% organic tapioca syrup and honey, they are very easy to digest. The flavor profiles are very natural - and we can promise that what their called is what you get. For example the cola flavor really tastes like cola. Honey Stinger changed the game when they introduced these gels to endurance athletes, in large part due to the use of better ingredients like organic tapioca syrup and organic honey which provide two easily digestible sources of sugar. These gels also have a thinner consistency than others, making them easy to eat, digest, and absorb during exercise.  They are certified gluten-free, use organic tapioca syrup, organic honey, and added electrolytes to provide energy and nourishment during your workouts. They are also soy and dairy free.

USE: During exercise lasting more than 1 hour, ideally used in conjunction with solid foods and adequate hydration.
